Start with the experience you want
An active World of Warcraft subscription or game time provides base Forever access at launch under the official regional offer. That does not mean every new-race entitlement or beta access is included. The Skyborne race and its starting story are upgrade benefits. Official upgrade announcement

Three questions for the store page
Does it include the race? Do not infer race access from the phrase “Forever included.” Check the contents of the actual regional pack.
Does it include beta? A race entitlement is not by itself proof of beta eligibility. The CN announcement names the Skyborne Epic Pack for China’s October 6 beta. CN announcement
Where can the rewards be used? Some bundles contain benefits for other Warcraft products. A modern WoW housing reward is not an announcement of housing in Forever.

Before choosing Skyborne
The most consequential announced choice is your class: Mage belongs to Alliance Skyborne, while Shaman belongs to Horde Skyborne. Use the Skyborne selector to check the combination you want before making a purchase.
