What has been announced?

Legacy is a progression system aimed at players who enjoy leveling and playing alternate characters, supporting the level 1–60 journey. The panel announcement establishes that purpose; the evidence used here does not provide a complete reward ladder or unlock formula. Official recap

How to read that as a returning player

Editorial interpretation: Legacy signals that leveling more than one character is part of the intended long-term experience. That may matter if you enjoy a fresh start more than repeatedly pushing a single endgame character.

It does not, by itself, tell us how much time an alt will save, which bonuses are account-wide, or whether a particular route is optimal.

“Not verified” describes our evidence, not a claim that no information exists elsewhere. This first edition retains the September 14 research cutoff and does not claim coverage of the later deep dive.

A useful next step

Choose a character you actually want to level using the confirmed race–class options. Do not choose a farming plan based on invented Legacy multipliers. Explore the new regions for announced leveling context.
