Four places to put on your map
The official panel discusses four new or reworked regions, including a starting island. They are not four equivalent endgame zones. Forever’s wider level 1–60 journey is also announced to include more than 1,000 new quests. Official recap

Pick the place that answers your question
Starting a Skyborne? Read the race and access guide first. Zephras Isle belongs to that starting experience; do not assume all characters can use its quest sequence.
Planning the middle of your leveling journey? Riverglades is the clearest announced fit. The range above gives context, not a tested optimal route or a guarantee that every quest is available at level 35.
Returning for familiar lore? Mount Hyjal and Shen’dralas extend places and stories around the original world. Their geography does not authorize borrowing quest walkthroughs from other WoW versions.

Darkspear Islands is also announced as a 15-versus-15 battleground off Kalimdor, with strategic objectives and flag control inspired by Arathi Basin. It is a battleground, not a fifth questing zone in the table above. Official recap
What will make this a route guide?
Verified entry paths, prerequisite quests, faction differences and versioned leveling notes. Until those are tested, this is an announcement overview, with no invented coordinates or map markers.
