Skyborne choose Alliance or Horde during character creation. Their faction affects their class options: Alliance gets Mage; Horde gets Shaman. Warrior, Hunter, Rogue and Druid are available to both. Official class list

How do I unlock Skyborne?
The race and starting story are listed as upgrade entitlements. Base subscription access to Forever does not automatically include them. Check the exact offer in your own region. Beta access is another entitlement to check separately. Official upgrades
Where does the story begin?
Zephras Isle is the announced level 1–12 starting experience. Its architecture draws on Skywall alongside the original game’s aesthetic. Skyborne also have their own customization, voices, dances, racials and new Druid forms. Official recap
