The announced destinations
Blizzard has named nine new dungeon destinations for Forever. Several revisit locations that returning players already know, but the encounters need their own Forever-specific verification. Official recap

English names follow the EN recap; Simplified Chinese names follow the CN recap. “Excavation Site” appears in reporting, but this guide uses the officially described location rather than presenting that shorthand as a verified final title.
Can I use an old guide?
Not as proof of the new encounters. Old maps and lore may help orient you. An entrance, attunement, loot table, boss ability or route should still be confirmed for Forever and the applicable build.
This page does not supply recommended levels, coordinates or boss mechanics because those details were not verified in the source set. Missing entries are intentional, not a claim that the information can never be known.
Prepare for group content
